These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of informedshopper.org and any related pages (collectively, the "Site"), operated by InformedShopper.org ("InformedShopper," "we," "us," or "our"). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InformedShopper and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Advertiser Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
